Classic Products Private Limited, is hereby referred as Classic Products Private Limited, “we”, “us”, “CPPL”

 

Refund Policy

Classic Products Private Limited takes the utmost care to process payments as per the instructions given, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous payment or if the person would like to cancel his payment, then Classic Products Private Limited will respond to the concerned person within 30 working days of receiving a valid request for refund. The timely refund of the payment will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The donor will have to send Classic Products Private Limited a written request for a refund within 1 day (24 Hours) of making the payment to Classic Products Private Limited official address or email info@classicproduct.com along with payment receipt and person details necessary for initiating refund.

We seek to retain Personal Information only as needed to fulfil the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations.
